How do I create a text stream?

The text stream should be posts with titles, with links in the content (no more than two) that point to your site and have your keywords as anchor text. The primary network is where you do your linking for your targeted keywords while the low grade network is where you do your linking for URL based keywords (http://www.yoursite.com, www.yoursite.com, yoursite.com) and miscellaneous keywords such as visit my site, click here, check this out, etc. Around 40% of your back links should come from URL based keywords and miscellaneous keywords for your linking to stay balanced and to avoid over optimization - the low grade network takes care of this. Here are samples of posts for the primary network and low grade network.
