What is the difference between the Primary text stream and the Low-Grade text stream?

The Primary text stream is where you do your linking for your targeted keywords while the Low Grade text stream is where you do your linking for your URL based keywords (http://www.yoursite.com, www.yoursite.com, yoursite.com) and non-essential keywords such as click here, visit my site, check this out, etc. Around 40% of your back links should come from URL based keywords and non essential keywords for your linking to stay balanced and for you to avoid overoptimization - the low grade network takes care of this.
