You mention in the video how to name the registrar stuff in different names. I have always done private for everything but think this might be over doing it and not look totally natural but i cannot see that i has hurt in any way

Yes, that is actually covered in pre-workshop homework. If you create a network and all of them are private that would actually throw up a flag. So I have heard, I have never done it because of that fear, and have never tested it, but seems kind of unnatural if a high % of your incoming links come from private sites.
