You had mentioned a while ago that it seemed like Google was looking for a large percentage of links with the anchor text your domain name or similar, (40% or so) Do you still see this in your campaigns?

Yes, I still do see that. In fact, I see a lot of over optimization going on. When that happens, people fall to no where's ville. And when that happens, we start linking to them using URLs as keywords. That usually brings them back within a week or two.
