Thanks for asking about the Press Release tool.  When we activate it in the Tools Dashboard it will not be a free press release service; we will just be connecting you to a a press release service (PRreach). We are still working out some details on implementing that to the dashboard.  In the meantime, we recommend that you go straight to PRreach (http://www.prreach.com/) or Newswire.net (http://newswire.net/).  We use them and can recommend them both.

Pro tip: If you decide to use either one of those 2 services, and make sure to pay the extra so that you get into the "Yahoo Finance"!  :)
