If you have waited 24 hours after applying to a site and still cannot log in, first make sure that you are logging in at the correct place.

For Wordpress sites, the admin panel login is at www.domain.com/wp-admin

For Joomla sites, do not log in on the front page. The admin login is at www.domain.com/administrator

If you still cannot login, please submit a support ticket with the site url, your username and password so that we can add you manually.
