Here are the steps for manual posting to a site in the network:

1. Log in to your SEONitroNetwork or SEOLinkVine Elite account.
2. Click on Network Sites.
3. Apply to the site.
4. Wait 24 hours for our registration script to add you as a user to the site. You will NOT receive a notification that this has occurred.
5. After 24 hours, log in to the site.
6. Add a post that contains up to 2 links.

Note: If you are posting to a site labelled SPECIAL, the post content MUST be theme related to the topic of the site. All other sites do not need theme related content.

You need to apply to a site only once. After you have been added as a user to the site, simply to log in to add a post. You are allowed to add no more than 2 to 3 posts a week to each manual posting site.
