It is true and is the nature of blog networks for some sites to lose and gain PR. There is ALWAYS a chance that blogs will loose pagerank or blogs will be manually reviewed and de-indexed. We ARE taking steps to increase our pagerank retention but unfortunately have no control over a manual review. To maintain the quality of the network, we regularly retire and add sites.
